Kelsie Toole is the Residential Sales Executive for the Kansas City Metro covering Johnson, Wyandotte & Leavenworth Counties in Kansas and Jackson, Cass, Clay & Platte Counties in Missouri. She was an escrow closer for Chicago Title for many years and other previous experience includes loan originations, underwriting & branch management within the mortgage industry. Kelsie’s focus is relationship building with the realtors, lenders, & attorneys to determine protocols for their individual or company needs in title insurance orders, processing & settlement to establish relationships with escrow agents & assistants.
