Serving as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
Coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, and professional commitments
Handling logistics independently to reduce interruptions and delays
Supporting light personal logistics when appropriate (e.g., reminders, ordering, coordination)
Overseeing office environment details such as supplies, refreshments, plants, and light hospitality
Maintaining a polished, welcoming office experience for clients and guests
Identifying opportunities to improve organization, flow, and consistency over time
The ideal candidate enjoys thinking one step ahead and takes pride in ensuring work moves forward smoothly and reliably.
Highly organized, dependable, and discreet
Comfortable exercising judgment and taking initiative within clear priorities
