Senior Wellness Day & Resource Fair!

The Groves is hosting it’s one-of-a-KC-kind event again, the 2nd annual Senior Wellness Day & Resource Fair! This year, the event will primarily take place in the Forest View Wellness Bistro (located in the Birchwood building), offering more space for resource vendors in its airy atrium. Health screenings such as glucose (blood sugar), glaucoma, oxygenation levels and many others will be available during the day, as well as publically offered classes and a tour stop from the Health & Wellmobile! Discover Noggin’ Joggin’, stride the walking trails, play BINGO with friends or enjoy the heated saltwater pool during Water Fitness – it’s a whole ‘menu of wellness opportunities’ specifically designed for adults 55 and over!
