The Run For Your Life Virtual 5K & 1 mile Fun Run is an amazing way to be frightfully fit this Halloween, get your new favorite t-shirt, all while practicing social distancing and giving back to a good cause to make a difference! Every 5K entry gets you a custom high-quality shirt that you’ll love to wear with pride, a cool finisher medal, along with raising funds to help sustain the Independence Chamber of Commerce during this COVID-19 pandemic. Every kiddo who runs the 1 Mile Fun Run gets the same awesome shirt!

Racers can run or walk their 5k anytime between Halloween, Saturday, October 31st from, until 11:59pm on Saturday, November 7th. Racers must also post their run/walk times within that window in order to be in the running as the winner.
Location
If you are in the Independence area, you will receive info for a mapped 5K & 1 Mile course if you would like to run the designated route but that is not mandatory.
Fees/Admission
$30 - 5K Registration with shirt and medal
$20 - 1 Mile Fun Run with shirt
