Freedom From Smoking

The Jackson County Heath Department's FFS program is holding free quit classes for those wanting to quit smoking. FFS is the American Lung Association "gold standard" program for smoking cessation.

During the program, participants will develop a social network of support as well as other tools for quitting smoking and maintaining a tobacco free life.
