Fire & Ice BBQ Competition: Independence Events Center (DAY 1)
Mark your calendars for the Fire & Ice BBQ Cook Off Competition! It's been declared an official "State Championship" by proclamation of the Governor.

*Food Vendors
BBQ teams will compete in four main categories including pork, chicken, beef brisket and pork ribs. Teams that finish in the top tier of their category will share in a prize purse of $12,000. Additional categories include sausage and a “Kid’s Q” for children to show off their grilling skills for cash prizes.
