Female Connections and Research Success

Most families maintained closer ties with their mothers and sisters than their fathers and brothers. Too often a family name that is unknown to the researcher is overlooked and later turns out to be a family of a married sister or daughter or other female relative. This session will explore how to review your records and discover female relatives from census, sacramental and court papers among others.
